Returns

We accept returns within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided that:

• The product is unused and unopened.
• The product is in its original packaging and condition.
• The product has not been damaged, altered, or used.
• You provide your order number or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
